Therex Portal is a web-based application developed to address the need of an indiviual physiotherapist (hereinafter referred to as “Physiotherapist”) or a team of physiotherapists, either working joinlty or under an entity (hereinafter referred to as “Clinic”) to prescribe exercises to their patients (hereinafter referred to as “Patients”) and educate them on their health conditions by improving efficiency of patient management through its website www.therexportal.com (the “Website”), and/or any other digital platform accessed by its end-users (the “Platform” and together with the Website, “Therex Portal Service”). Your use of Therex Portal Service is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”).

Terms of Service:

The use of the Therex Portal is subject to the terms of our Terms of Use, which is hereby incorporated herein and not repeated for the sake of brevity but may be read as part and parcel of the same. By using the Therex Portal Service, you agree to be bound by both our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Types and Uses of collected information:

At some occasions, we may disclose to third parties certain personal information including, name, email, phone number, medical information about you such as age, height, weight, body type, medical conditions and other information we collect as you access and use Therex Portal Service, including device information, location, network carrier etc.

Therex Portal collects Personally Identifiable Information about you that means the information that identifies your person. Personally Identifiable Information includes: (a) “Contact Data” (for example - your name, address, city, state, zip code and email address), (b) “Financial Data” (such as your credit card number, bank information, expiration date, and verification code), and (iii) “Demographic Data” (for example - your Zip code / PIN Code, gender etc), or (d) “Medical Data” (for example – height, weight, medical condition etc.). When you access Therex Portal by creating an account, for receiving information from your Physiotherapist or Clinic, receive medical advice or prescription, exercising programs or otherwise participate in other Therex Portal Services, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself. Please note that some of the information we ask you to provide may be identified as mandatory and some identified as voluntary. If you do not provide mandatory information for a particular purpose, you will not be permitted to engage with the Therex Portal Service. Once asked and received correctly, Therex Portal may not ask you again for the information above if such are already stored with us. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to solve any disputes, perform administrative actions, contact you, enforce our agreements with you, including our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.

Therex Portal also collects Non-Personally Identifiable Information that means the of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to the Therex Portal Service or otherwise participating in the Therex Portal Service, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Therex Portal Service, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, or general and/or aggregated location data that does constitute Personally Identifiable Information. Therex Portal, and/or our authorized Third Party Service Providers, may automatically collect this information when you visit or use the Therex Portal Service through the use of electronic tools like Cookies and Web beacons or Pixel tags, as described below in this Privacy Policy.

Therex Portal may use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, administer the Therex Portal Service, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. We may also share this information with our authorized Third Party Service Providers to measure the overall effectiveness of our products and services.

Release:

We will not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information with other parties except as provided below:

a. Remarketing: Remarketing is a way for Therex Portal to connect with people, based upon your past interactions with the Therex Portal Service. To do this, Therex Portal may commission or hire third-party marketing companies or individuals to perform remarketing services. As a result, third-party vendors, including Google™, may show Therex Portal advertisements on the Internet. Third-party vendors may use cookies to serve advertisements based on a user’s prior visits to the Therex Portal Service. b. Acquisition. Therex Portal may merge with or be acquired by another company. In case any of this happens, the successor company shall acquire the information we presently maintain, including Personally Identifiable Information, which will still remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

c. Legal Compliance. Therex Portal reserves the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service or other agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of the Therex Portal Service, users of the Therex Portal Service or others.

Release of Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

Therex Portal may disclose or share Non-Personally Identifiable Information with Third Party Service Providers and the general public. For example, Therex Portal may share aggregated demographic information (which does not include any Personally Identifiable Information) or use Third Party Service Providers to track and analyze Non-Personally Identifiable usage and volume statistical information from our users to administer the Therex Portal Service. Therex Portal may also publish this aggregated information for promotional purposes. Such data is collected on our behalf, and is owned and used by us.

Third Party Advertising:

Therex Portal or one of our advertising partners may deliver advertisements appearing on the Therex Portal Service to you. Therex Portal may also use third-party service providers to serve ads when you use in the Therex Portal Service. These providers may use Non-Personally Identifiable Information about your visits and use of the Therex Portal Service, and visits to other websites or locations in order to provide, through the use of network tags, advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. All rights to Information not expressly granted in these Terms of Service are reserved to their respective copyright owners. Therex Portal merely authorizes you to view, download and/or print the Information only for personal and non-commercial use and nothing else whatsoever and does not provide you any license whatsoever. You hereby understand and acknowledge that your use of the Therex Portal Service is solely and exclusively under the limited license granted herein and you shall not claim any right, title or interest under this Terms of Service. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, slogans, and logos are either the property of Therex Portal, or their respective owners. All rights, not expressly granted herein by Therex Portal Service to you are fully reserved by Therex Portal Service, its advertisers and licensors. You understand and undertake that you may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, perform, republish display, post, transmit, create derivative works or otherwise use any of the Information in any form or by any means, without the prior written authorization of Therex Portal or the respective owners. The trademarks, service marks, trade dress and logo marks (collectively, hereinafter referred to as the “Marks”) contained or described at the Therex Portal Service are the sole property of Therex Portal and/or its respective owners or licensors and may not be copied, altered or otherwise used without the prior written authorization of Therex Portal and/or its respective owners or licensors. You understand the its respective owners or shall be entitled to enforce thier legal rights in cases of any breach without prejudice. You understand that some of the Marks that you may see within the Therex Portal Service may not be owned by Therex Portal, and are the property of their respective trademark holders. Therex Portal or Therex Portal Service does not claim to be affiliated to these brands and disclaim any affilitation, sponsorship or endorsement with or by the same.

Updating Information:

If you are using Therex Portal Service, you may change any of your applicable Personally Identifiable Information by logging into your account and accessing the “My Profile” section of the Therex Portal Service. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes, as old and outdated Personally Identifiable Information may affect the quality of your Therex Portal Service experience negatively.

Third Party Websites:

Therex Portal may maintain links to other websites and if you choose to visit other websites, Therex Portal shall not be responsible for the privacy policies or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies and terms of use of those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their practices and policies.

To enhance your experience of using Therex Portal Service, we may store cookies on your computer or other similar device through which you access the Therex Portal Service. Content Watch:

Therex Portal reserves the right to remove any information or material from its Website or Platform or any social media pages, in case any of it is:

• Obscene or sexually explicit
• Hateful or mean-spirited
• Directed towards personal attacks, insults, profane, name-calling, or threatening language
• Plagiarized material that potentially violates intellectual property rights
• Private, personal information published without consent
• Off topic or that link to material that is off topic
• Encourage or constitute prohibited discriminatory or harassing conduct
• Made by a person masquerading as someone else

Additionally, Therex Portal may temporarily or permenently terminate a user’s ability to access the Therex Portal Service if the person has repeatedly posted any of the above listed inappropriate material.
